Lily is the Head of Research and Learning Support at the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library.
She currently serves as the Secretary of the IFLA Academic and Research Libraries Section (2023-2027).
Her professional interests include AI and multi-literacy, academic and research integrity, open science, research impact, as well as management and leadership.

Axel Kaschte 博士在圖書資訊領域擁有超過30 年的各式職務與實務經驗。他擁有德國柏林洪堡大學的理論物理博士學位。加入OCLC 之前，他曾在德國參與國家級聯合目錄專案，擔任軟體開發與專案經理。身為OCLC 的產品策略總監，Kaschte 博士負責領導OCLC 的聯合目錄解決方案與合作計畫，致力於將各國多元的詮釋資料政策及實務工作與OCLC 全球化的圖書館服務優勢結合。此外，他也負責OCLC 新世代圖書館解決方案的策略規劃與導入，專注於橋接全球環境文化的差異與獨特性。

Axel Kaschte has more than 30 years of experience in the library industry in various positions. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Humboldt- Universität zu Berlin in Germany. Prior to joining OCLC, he was a software developer and projectmanager at union catalog projects in Germany. As a product strategy director at OCLC, Kaschte leads the union catalog solutions, which seek to combine the diversity of national metadata policies and practices with the benefits of globalized services. He is also responsible for strategic direction and introduction of OCLC‘s next generation library solutions, focusing on bridging cultural differences in a global environment.

Rose L’Huillier 在Elsevier服務逾 20 年，歷任多項職務，涉足出版、策略及產品管理等多個領域。她目前擔任研究人員與圖書館解決方案資深副總裁，負責Elsevier多項以研究人員為核心的產品，例如 ScienceDirect、Scopus、Engineering Village、Knovel 與 Mendeley。Rose 與來自產品、技術、使用者體驗、分析及資料科學等領域的專業團隊緊密合作，致力於協助研究人員在有限的時間內，透過進階的平台功能，更快速、更有效率地探索、評估、理解並整理科學文獻。

Rose L’Huillier has been with Elsevier for over 20 years in a variety of roles and areas including publishing, strategy, and product management. She is currently Senior Vice President of Researchers & Librarians Solutions, and is responsible for researcher-focused products at Elsevier, such as ScienceDirect, Scopus, Engineering Village, Knovel, and Mendeley. Together with a team of product, technology, UX, analytics, and data science professionals, Rose strives to help researchers make the most of the little time they have available by offering advanced platform functionality that makes discovering, evaluating, understanding, and organizing scientific literature significantly easier and faster.

Ashleigh Faith 博士專精資訊檢索領域，擁有圖書館與資訊科學碩士學位及高階語意學博士學位。在人工智慧與關聯資料知識圖譜解決方案領域深耕逾15年，跨域服務於學術研究機構、STEM領域、政府部門及金融產業，具備豐富的實務經驗與深厚的專業底蘊。
此外，Faith 博士曾擔任Amazon Alexa 知識圖譜產品負責人暨工程管理總監；並積極投入知識普及工作，經營非營利YouTube頻道「IsA DataThing」，致力於深入淺出地解析人工智慧、圖譜技術與資訊檢索等專業領域，讓複雜概念變得平易近人，在國際學術社群中享有盛譽。

Ashleigh Faith has her MLIS in Information Retrieval and her PhD in Advanced Semantics. She has more than 15 years of experience working on AI and linked data knowledge graph solutions across the academic, STEM, government, and finance industries. She also hosts her non-profit YouTube channel IsA DataThing, where she tries to demystify the AI, graph, and information retrieval space.

Chris is currently Senior Product Manager at Wiley in the Intelligent Services Group working on leveraging AI, big data, and cloud computing services to enable knowledge graph-powered research analytics, automated publishing workflows, and research integrity screening. Chris has a background in informatics and knowledge management with an emphasis on web and application development, knowledge graphs and metadata management, and information retrieval.
Previously, Chris was Head of Informatics and Technology (IT) Services/Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Cochrane (www.cochrane.org), a large, global non-profit healthcare knowledge organisation. While at Cochrane, Chris was involved in several initiatives leveraging AI and machine learning for classification and discovery of health evidence. Previous to that, Chris worked as a Metadata Librarian at the British Library in London and before that was Director of Multimedia Services and Librarian at the New York City College of Technology. Chris started his career in publishing in New York at Time Inc. and holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science with post-graduate studies in linguistics and second language acquisition. Chris enjoys hiking, meditating, cooking, and has a real passion for metadata!

As a Senior Product Manager at Wiley, Sam drives the product direction of our research integrity screening solutions, charting the roadmap and development of our services to tackle emerging industry threats at speed. With a focus on addressing researcher misconduct and papermills, Sam’s recent work has seamlessly integrated proactive solutions into publishing workflows across our diverse portfolio, leveraging evidence-based approaches and AI.Prior to working at Wiley, Sam spent the last 10 years of his scholarly publishing career at multiple forward-thinking publishers, innovating around research integrity, editorial platforms, and transforming publisher flows.

黃恪涵目前擔任生命科學解決方案經理，協助醫藥、化學品產業客戶面對數位化轉型趨勢，導入資料、AI等解決方案增加研發效率。在加入 Elsevier 之前，Ryan 曾在基因檢測領域的代理與新創公司，主要負責技術支援提供客戶諮詢服務。

黃宇誠先生負責於亞洲太平洋地區向圖書館提供OCLC 各項服務與產品的最新動態與發展。同時他也致力於協助OCLC 亞太區的成員圖書館導入並有效運用OCLC的服務，支援成員館為其服務的讀者社群提供優質的服務。加入OCLC 之前，他曾在美國印第安納大學布盧明頓分校圖書館擔任讀者服務與研究參考館員。他亦於該校取得資訊科學碩士學位，研究興趣為社群媒體探勘與資料分析；更早之前畢業於國立臺灣大學圖書資訊學系。

Yu-Chen Huang is the Senior User Services Specialist at OCLC. He delivers the latest updates and developments of OCLC services and products to libraries in Asia Pacific region. He also concentrates on helping member libraries to smoothly Implement and utilize OCLC services to better service their communities. Prior to joining OCLC, Yu-Chen worked as public services and research reference librarian at Indiana University Libraries. He holds a master's degree in information science focusing on social media mining and data analysis from Indiana University Bloomington. He also received his bachelor’s degree in library and information science from The National Taiwan University.

Tanya Laplante is Head of Product Platforms for Oxford University Press’s Academic Division. Working closely with key stakeholders, she oversees the strategic development of OUP’s research publishing platforms, including Oxford Academic. She is dedicated to delivering innovative roadmaps with capabilities and features that highlight and promote Oxford University Press’s first-class publishing while meeting the needs of users, customers, and partners.

Ira Tan 現任 IEEE 亞太區（APAC）區域業務經理，帶領團隊負責管理該區域的 IEEE Xplore 訂閱業務。自 2016 年加入 IEEE 以來，Ira 積極推動學術與產業的數位資源應用與成長，為區域內的圖書館、研究機構及企業提供策略性支援。 在加入 IEEE 之前，Ira 自 1996 年至 2016 年服務於 John Wiley & Sons（現為 WILEY），期間歷任多項領導職務，累積二十年專業出版與知識服務經驗，奠定了她在國際學術出版與資訊服務領域的深厚基礎。

Ira Tan is the Regional Sales Manager at IEEE responsible for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region. Ira and her team are responsible for managing IEEE Xplore subscription business for the APAC region. Prior to joining IEEE in 2016, she has served many leadership positions at John Wiley & Sons (now WILEY) from 1996 through 2016.

官欣瑩顧問在出版資訊業有15多年豐富的資歷，曾負責與管理台灣與港澳地區的大專院校的客戶。在其負責管理期間，接觸不同學科領域之專家學者，並瞭解學者與科研人員的研究貢獻與形態。多年來，在國內各大專學校與政府機構經常提供專業及知識性的講座，分享國內外的經驗，並提供研究學者更多研究方法與工具。

Renee Guan has over 15 years of extensive experience in the publishing and information industry, with responsibilities covering the management of clients from universities and higher education institutions in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. During her tenure, she engaged with experts and scholars across diverse academic fields, gaining a deep understanding of their research contributions and practices.
Over the years, she has frequently delivered professional and knowledge-based lectures at universities and government organizations, sharing both domestic and international experiences while introducing researchers to a variety of research methods and tools.
In the academic field, she has collaborated extensively with university presidents, vice presidents, research and development offices, and institutional management centers. She has been responsible for providing scientific and technological information to professionals and enterprises across different industries, helping them accelerate research management, scientific exploration, and innovation.

郭靖琳在QS 工作逾六年，負責與台灣各大學及高等教育機構的聯繫，提供大學國際招生策略、排名數據分析及校務發展諮詢服務，以推動大學整體品質提升與國際品牌的建立。藉由對排名的理解和豐富的經驗，期待協助大學實現研究策略目標。

Enzo Kuo is Account Manager for Research Intelligence at Elsevier. Enzo worked at QS for six years, she served as a liaison between universities and higher education institutions, providing strategic consultancy services to support their internationalization efforts, improve quality, and establish a strong global brand. With her deep understanding of rankings and wealth of experience, Enzo is well-equipped to assist universities in achieving their research strategic goals.

Joined EBSCO (USA) in 2000, with responsibilities spanning academic journals, databases, books, Software as a Service (SaaS), and clinical decision support solutions. Over the past two decades, I have maintained a strong interest in the development and transformation of library services and scholarly publishing. In recent years, my focus has shifted toward exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Linked Data can shape the future of academic learning and research services, aiming to support the evolution of knowledge discovery and library innovation.

Paolo Lombardi 先生目前是 Taylor & Francis 的 AI 創新總監。他是 Fulbright (傅爾布萊特) 學者，擁有 University of Pavia (帕維亞大學) 和 Paris-Sud University (巴黎第十一大學，南巴黎 大學) 的雙博士學位，專攻人工智慧 (電腦視覺)。 Paolo 在七歲時開始做程式編碼，並於1995 年開發了他的第一個神經網路。他曾在 2010 年之前擔任 AI 研究員，與大學及應用科 學機構合作，包括 European Commission (歐洲聯盟委員會)。隨後，他共同創辦了兩家以研究為主的 AI 新創公司以及數位新創企業加速器 Techpeaks 。從 2016 年到2021 年， Paolo 專注於為歐洲各地的企業和政府機構提供創新諮詢，並於 2022 年加入 Taylor & Francis 。

Paolo Lombardi is Director of AI Innova􀀁on at Taylor & Francis. A Fulbright Fellow, he holds a dual PhD in Artificial Intelligence (Computer Vision) from the University of Pavia and Paris-Sud University. Paolo began coding at age seven and developed his first neural network in 1995. He worked as an AI researcher with universities and applied science institutions, including the European Commission, until 2010. Subsequently, he co-founded two research-driven AI startups and the digital startup accelerator Techpeaks. From 2016 to 2021, Paolo specialised in innovation consulting for corpora􀀁ons and government agencies throughout Europe before joining Taylor & Francis in 2022.

Evans was previously the Executive Director of OhioLINK, Ohio’s academic library consortium and state agency under the Ohio Department of Higher Education. Her leadership at OhioLINK, helped deliver the creation of a statewide library-led initiative for affordable textbooks, focusing on a hybrid approach of supporting Open Educational Resources; library resources as no-cost-to-students textbook alternatives; and groundbreaking statewide price agreements with major commercial textbook publishers.
